Please be advised that effective July 1, 2025, the fee rates for document authentication and apostille services will change due to recent legislative updates. The new fee rates are as follows:

• Apostille (3 to 5 business days): $19.00
• Certificate of Authentication (3 to 5 business days): $19.00
• Next Business Day Processing (in addition to Apostille/Certificate fee): $34.00
• Same Day Processing (in addition to Apostille/Certificate fee): $74.00
• Apostille/Certificate of Authentication for Adoption (with sworn affidavit): $10.00
